Plan an Escape in the North Cascades

Nestled in the beautiful Methow Valley, your group will be able to enjoy complete rest and relaxation. Our facility is perfect for small retreats and getaways for the corporate world or a family reunion. The property offers various small meeting spaces, a custom bar, and a full complement of activities to enliven, inspire, and invigorate attendees.

Availability Calendar

Accommodations Blocking:
A $500 nonrefundable fee is required and will be applied towards the arranger’s accommodation when checking in. An accommodations block reserves all accommodations that are available at the time of the event booking. Non-booked rooms with be released to the general public 60 days before the arrival date of the event. 


Bar Service
Bar services are available for a daily bar setup fee. There are a variety of bar services available.  Please reach out to our event staff to determine the best services for your event. 


Catering
The Freestone Inn offers limited catering services. If we cannot meet your needs, please feel free to solicit the services of a cater from the vendor list or one of your own choosing. Please contact the event staff to discuss your catering needs and to request an updated vendor list.
