The restaurant will be open for breakfast only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wednesdays- Sundays we'll be open from 8-close.   

Chef Bio


We welcome to the team, Executive Chef, Wayne Holverstott.  Chef Wayne comes to us from the westside with an overwhelming laundry list of experience.  His passion for sourcing local product and his love for farm-to-table cuisine makes him the perfect fit for the Methow Valley.  You can often find Chef Wayne at Thomson's Meat making a purchase for your dinner that night. 

Chef Wayne graduated with honors from Le Cordon Bleu in Seattle but much prefers to chat about hunting, his daughter and his love of food.
