Influenced by her experiences cooking in fine dining establishments and in far-flung places such as Antarctica, Alaska, Costa Rica and Afghanistan, Suzanne melds her diverse culinary background with her love for the outdoors, the Methow Valley and local food. From her celebrated pasta dishes to succulent grilled meats and specialty house-made sauces and soups, her style is characterized by precision, attention to detail and a passion for high quality food. Her desire is to deliver an incomparable dining experience by combining classic French cooking principles with the best available ingredients and diverse world food traditions to craft menu offerings designed with a contemporary perspective.
