- Term of loan: One five year term with one five year extension
- Interest rate: 7% in the first five year term, with principal payments optional but not required
- Extension: Priced at five year U.S. treasuries plus 3% / 15 year amortization
- Repayment terms: Interest only first five year term, interest / 15 year amortization on second five year term
- Prepayment: Allowed at any point without penalty
- Loan limit: Maximum of 75% of sales price
- No loan fee
