Important items for climbers to have for their day:

Fun Rock days: Clients should have comfortable shoes to hike from the car to the base of the climb. Some people even hike this in flip-flops so nothing technical required. Water, it can get hot in the sun there. Sunscreen and sunglasses for the sunny climbs.

Alpine Day: Important to bring enough water and extra snacks for a full 8 hour day and to have a backpack to carry their gear in (we can provide one if needed). They should have sturdy hiking shoes as the hike up to the base of the climbs can take between 1.5-2.5 hours. A trekking pole is not a bad idea for the steeper parts of the hike up and down. Clients can leave extra gear in their pack at the base of the climb or bring light shoes and carry them in their pack for the climb. It is nice to have water during the climb so a light pack to climb in is ideal. A warm top layer is also a good idea for these days as it can be chilly at the top of the climbs.  Sunscreen and sunglasses are also recommended for sunny days.
